On a crisp autumn day while visiting my family back East, I had a memorable conversation with my grandmother, Marie. The story she graciously shared with me transcended the namesake of our company, Saverio, my great grandfather. Enchanted and inspired by his story, original Italian passport and wedding photo from 1922, I decided that there was no better way to realize my dream than through sharing in his. The romantic vision of my great grandfather finding a place for himself, his family and his passions, turned into my dreams and a tribute to his dreams and my family heritage.
